Responsible for developing dealer networks, driving sales growth, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective dealer management and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Expand the dealer network by promoting company products.
• Encourage dealer engagement and drive repeat purchases.
• Handle dealer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
• Gain in-depth understanding of company products and offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and dealer appointments.
• Monitor customer complaints and escalate complex issues when required.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through effective dealer management.
• Build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare sales reports and updates on daily/weekly activities.
• Willingness to travel locally for dealer visits and business development.

Job Description:

Coordinate with the clients for all requirements and gather all the information needed to source trainers and arrange the technical evaluation call with the client and trainers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to understand the training requirement (basic knowledge of leading technologies and their deployment)
• Ability and exposure to source trainer profiles by using both internal and external sources of data
• Sourcing suitable profiles for technical and non-technical training requirements from the clients
• Working experience on enterprise training requirements will be an added advantage
• Ability and exposure to work with clients and trainers Meticulously
• Ability and eagerness to lead the sourcing for a given project
• Negotiating with the Trainer & Raising/Releasing the Purchase Order
• Handling Training Escalations
• Interaction and coordination with internal respective stakeholders on deliverables
• Maintaining the Trainers Database
• Able to think of multiple solutions for a given requirement
