Job Description:

Coordinate with the clients for all requirements and gather all the information needed to source trainers and arrange the technical evaluation call with the client and trainers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to understand the training requirement (basic knowledge of leading technologies and their deployment)
  • Ability and exposure to source trainer profiles by using both internal and external sources of data
  • Sourcing suitable profiles for technical and non-technical training requirements from the clients
  • Working experience on enterprise training requirements will be an added advantage
  • Ability and exposure to work with clients and trainers Meticulously
  • Ability and eagerness to lead the sourcing for a given project
  • Negotiating with the Trainer & Raising/Releasing the Purchase Order
  • Handling Training Escalations
  • Interaction and coordination with internal respective stakeholders on deliverables
  • Maintaining the Trainers Database
  • Able to think of multiple solutions for a given requirement
